TVA Credit Union is a credit union dedicated to serving those who chose to do business with us. Their services and products are on par with any major credit union in the United States. Services and products provided by TVA Credit Union are limited to those who have open accounts with TVA Credit Union.

TVA Credit Union services include a wide array of services which include debit cards and atm cards, credit cards, money order and travelers checks, wire transfers and even safe deposit boxes. TVA Credit union takes pride in their services and the professionalism in which they conduct themselves.

Each TVA Credit Union location has it's own inhouse notaries. This means that any info provided by TVA Credit Union can also be notarized at the credit union. This way you don't have to go out of your way to get any banking info you have notarized!

TVA also sells money orders for those who need them. There is a $1.00 fee for each money order. In order to buy a money order one must go inside the TVA Credit Union to purchase one. No money order will be sold through the dirve thru window. TVA Credit Union also provides travelers checks. you may purchase upto $2,000 in travelers checks. Like money orders, travelers checks must be purchase inside TVA Credit Union. To obtain a travelers checks the customer must provide identification.

TVA also provide wire transfers for their customers. Certain information, which is located on our TVAbsite, must be provided to the bank in which the wire is coming from.

Safety Deposit boxes within the credit union come with a charge. A 3x5 box will run $12.00. A 3x10 deposit box will run $20.00. A 5x10 deposit box will cost $40.00. The biggest deposit box, which is 10x10 will cost $50.00. Each deposit box has its own lock and the key is provided to the owner of the box and is accessible during all business hours.

TVA also provides several types of Club Accounts. Club accounts are saving accounts that gain interest. Each Club account has its own perks and options. A Christmas Club account can be setup to cover all of your holiday expenses. A Christmas Club account earns the same divedends as regular shares but are put aside for you holiday expenses. Funds in your Christmas Club account are dipsersed on November 15th of every year. A regular Club account is established to set aside funds for any occasion. TVA Credit Union also provides a Club account for kids. A TVA Kids Club card allows your child to learn to manage their money responsibly. Your child will recieve a punch card, for ever $5 deposit the child makes into its TVA Credit Union account he/she will recieve one punch on the Kid Club punch card. When the child reaches 5 punched, he/she can get a trip to the "treasure chest" to pick out a prize. At 10 punches TVA will deposit $2 into their account and a trip to the "treasure chest." TVA Credit Union is also interested in your child's grades! TVA Credit Union will honor good grades from your child's reposrts cards. The child must bring in the report card to your TVA Credit Union. If your child gets all A's TVA will deposit $5 into his Kids Club Account. If you child gets all B's on his reports card TVA will deposit $2 into his Kids Club account.
